In this paper , it was evidenced with DNA filter elution method that the oxygenase activated by asbestos induces the crosslinking between DNA interstrands and DNA-protein with dosage correlation , in which over 80 % of DNA interstrand crosslink ratio in total crosslink ratio is achieved .
本论文通过DNA微孔滤膜碱洗脱法，证明石棉通过诱发细胞中氧化酶产生活化的过程，剂量相关地引发DNA股间交联和DNA-蛋白质间交联，其中DNA股间交联达到80%以上。
